SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LYC / LoveYours Collection. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order.


1. Where we ship

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. All orders are processed and charged in GBP (£).

We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or internationally. If you have a specific enquiry, please contact us at hq@loveyoursmedia.com.


2. Order processing

In-stock jewellery (earrings, necklaces, box sets)

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday–Friday — we aim for same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays — dispatched the next working day
  • Dispatch confirmation and DPD tracking details will be sent to your email address and/or phone number

Pre-order items (Fox Fur Coats and limited launches)

  • Pre-order dispatch timelines are displayed on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email
  • We aim to dispatch pre-order items within 14 days of the confirmed order date, subject to supplier availability
  • You will be notified by email when your pre-order is dispatched

3. Delivery service

All orders are dispatched via DPD UK Tracked Delivery.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), extreme weather, or other factors outside our control.


4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking notification via the email and/or phone number provided at checkout. You can track your delivery in real time through the DPD UK website or app.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days of placing an in-stock order, please contact us at hq@loveyoursmedia.com with your order number.


5. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries

  • DPD will typically make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you are not available, you will be offered options via DPD's tracking notification (e.g., leave in safe place, deliver to neighbour, redirect to a DPD Pickup point, or reschedule)
  • If delivery fails after all attempts, your parcel will be held at a local DPD depot or Pickup point for a short period before being returned to us
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply

6. Incorrect delivery addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched. If an order is lost, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. Any refund on orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be reduced by the cost of original and return shipping.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing an order, contact us at hq@loveyoursmedia.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this.


7. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, items may be dispatched in separate shipments depending on stock availability and fulfilment timing. You will not incur additional delivery charges for split shipments.


8. Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit:

  1. Email us at hq@loveyoursmedia.com with your order number
  2. Include photographs of any damage and the original packaging
  3. We will investigate with DPD and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy

Please do not discard damaged packaging — we may need it to raise a claim with DPD.


9. Free shipping thresholds

Where a free shipping offer is applied to your order, this covers standard DPD tracked delivery to the UK only. Returns on orders that qualified for free shipping are at the customer's cost (unless the item is faulty or misdescribed).


10. Delays and force majeure

We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our or DPD's reasonable control, including extreme weather events, industrial action, national emergencies, or disruption to transport infrastructure. In such cases, we will keep you informed and dispatch as soon as possible.
