These Terms of Service govern your use of the LYC / LoveYours Collection website and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

This website and store are operated by LOVE YOURS RECORDINGS LTD, trading as LYC / LoveYours Collection.

2. Eligibility
To purchase from us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- Be a consumer purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use
- Provide accurate, complete, and current account and delivery information
- Be located in the United Kingdom (we currently ship to UK addresses only)
3. Products
Product descriptions and availability
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, or lighting conditions
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact scale
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time
Natural and handcrafted variation
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made using natural materials. Slight variations in appearance, texture, tone, or finish are inherent to the nature of these items and do not constitute a defect.
Fox Fur Coats
Fox fur coat items are sourced from natural materials and may be available on a pre-order basis. Natural variation in fur appearance is expected and does not constitute a fault. Pre-order dispatch timelines are estimates and are provided at checkout. If your pre-order is delayed significantly beyond the stated window, your cancellation rights are preserved as set out in our Returns Policy.
Jewellery care
To preserve the quality of your pieces, keep them away from water, perfume, chemicals, and prolonged direct contact with skin products. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions do not constitute manufacturing defects.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
- In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price and will contact you before processing
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order
- We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (including card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Use of third-party payment providers (such as Klarna) is subject to their own terms and conditions
5. Order confirmation and contract formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and your payment processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Items being out of stock
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure of payment authorisation
- Delivery address outside our shipping zones
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours (same-day fulfilment where possible). Delivery timescales are estimates only. For full details, including our DPD tracked service, mixed-order handling, and address correction procedures, please see our Shipping Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we fail to deliver within an agreed timeframe or within 30 days where no date was agreed, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Legal ownership passes when we receive full payment.
7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

In summary:
- You have 14 days from delivery to cancel an eligible order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (with limited exceptions for sealed hygiene goods)
- You have 30 days to reject faulty or misdescribed goods and receive a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, video, graphics, logos, brand assets, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to LOVE YOURS RECORDINGS LTD and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a product image on your personal social media with credit) is permitted.
9. User conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our website without permission
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Impersonate any person or entity
10. Customer reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to our website or social media channels ("user content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and business purposes, with appropriate credit where possible.
You represent that your user content is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including payment providers, social media, and delivery tracking). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability for operational, maintenance, or security reasons. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by website downtime.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product(s)
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity
- We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, postal disruptions, industrial action, or cyber attacks
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK consumer law
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by any provision of these Terms.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or products, please contact us first at hq@loveyoursmedia.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. We are not currently members of a specific ADR scheme, but you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or seek guidance from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
